Keras 中的 Llama 3.2：从第一天起就可用

Keras 已支持 Llama 3.2，可直接从 Hugging Face 的 safetensors checkpoint 加载，包括 Llama-3.2-1B-Instruct，无需等待转换，必要时在加载时即时完成。
